Neighborhood Safety

  • Crime Free Multi-family Housing Program

  • Street Maintenance Hotline

To report any street maintenance issue: please call the City of St. Paul Public Works service desk at 651-266-9700. This number is answered live, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

  • Payne-Phalen Crime Reports

In keeping with the police department's philosophy on community policing, the need to work with each of the 17 district councils is vitally important and necessary. Information on crime trends, neighborhood issues and safety concerns must be distributed to each district council and members of the public in order for the police and community to be effective at combatting crime. It is with this cooperation, the police, district councils - and the community are able to work together and succesfully confront crime and safety issues in our city.

  • Community Policing Meetings

The Eastern District St. Paul Police welcome all community members to monthly Community Policing meetings held at 9:30 AM or 6:30 PM on the 3rd Wednesday of each month. These public meetings are held at the St. Paul Police- Eastern District building at 722 Payne Avenue. The community is warmly welcomed to attend.
