Payne-Phalen Crime Reports
In keeping with the police department's philosophy on community policing, the need to work with each of the 17 district councils is vitally important and necessary. Information on crime trends, neighborhood issues and safety concerns must be distributed to each district council and members of the public in order for the police and community to be effective at combatting crime. It is with this cooperation, the police, district councils - and the community are able to work together and succesfully confront crime and safety issues in our city.
