Public Hearing: Revenue Bonds for HOPE Academy


HOPE Community Academy on Payne Avenue is proposing to expand their current building and to acquire and demolish nearby homes to build a new parking lot on the bluff overlooking Swede Hollow Park.  HOPE is requesting that the City of St. Paul issue revenue bonds in relation to the expansion.  The Board of Commissioners of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) will hold a public hearing to consider HOPE’s proposal for issuance of these bonds.

Public Hearing:  Wednesday November 18th at 3:30 PM. The public may monitor the meeting remotely at https://stpaul.legistar.com/Calendar.aspx or on local cable Channel 18.  The HRA Agenda will be finalized Friday, Nov. 13 and can be found using the Legistar link.

Public Comment may be submitted via voicemail at 651-266-6806 or via email to HRAHearing@ci.stpaul.mn.us. Any comments and materials submitted by 12:00 noon on November 17, 2020 will be provided to the Board of Commissioners for their consideration.  The public may also provide comments during the public hearing by dialing 651-266-5860 or may listen to the meeting and provide comments during the public hearing by dialing 1-877-820-7831, passcode 180664#.
