HealthEast invites you to be part of their Community Advisory Forum!  They’d like to hear your thoughts about assets and needs in your neighborhood and how those factors impact health and well-being.

They will be hosting two community forums in 2017 to hear from neighbors and organizations serving the Twin Cities East Metro. The forums are scheduled for Tuesday, September 19th and Tuesday, October 24th.

Dinner will be served.  Free parking in the ramp.

The goal of this session is to identify issues, not action steps, that affect health, including social needs that impact health long-term. It will also build awareness and understanding of the context and conditions in which people live, work and play.
