Phalen Freeze Fest is a free, family-friendly festival aiming to get people out into parks in winter. Enjoy a variety of activities led by staff with all equipment provided. Prizes drawn for people participating in multiple activities.
Local youth from Urban Roots perform the story of Shingebiss with audience participation. In addition to the activities listed on the flyer above, try:
