Community meeting on Citywide Trash Collection system

The Payne-Phalen Community Council will host an information session with Chris Swanson of St. Paul Public Works to hear updates about the City’s current system of trash collection. Time will be made available for the public to ask questions, to share your thoughts about what’s working well so far, and to share your ideas about what could be improved in the future. We need your help to gather good ideas and possible solutions!
