Each year, each District Council can nominate up to 3 individuals or organizations to recognize for their contributions to the neighborhood.   Please join us in congratulating the Payne Phalen nominees for 2017:

Those named to the city-wide Neighborhood Honor Roll are honored at a ceremony each January, and their names are added to the plaque at City Hall, outside the St. Paul City Council Chambers.   The ceremony will be Friday January 26th, 2018, 5:30-7:30 PM at the University of St. Thomas, Anderson Center in Woulfe Alumni Hall, 2115 Summit Avenue, St. Paul 55105.  Tickets can be purchased online at https://2017neighborhoodhonorroll.brownpapertickets.com/ or for $15 cash or check at the door.
