Join the Railroad Island Neighborhood Group, East Side Freedom Library, Trilingua Cinema, Indigenous Roots, and Dayton’s Bluff Neighborhood Housing Services for Trunk r’ Treat on Saturday, Oct. 29th, and stay for pumpkin painting and a movie.
