The Payne-Phalen Community Council announces the following meeting changes:

The March 24, 2020 community meeting is cancelled.  The Annual Meeting and Board Elections, scheduled for April 28, 2020, has been postponed.  A new date will be determined based on the current situation related to the COVID-19 virus and community gatherings.
