February meeting date change

The February community meeting of the Payne-Phalen Community Council has been moved to Wednesday, February 26^th  at the East Side Freedom Library (Lower Level).  The lower level room is fully accessible by elevator.  If you need to use the elevator please come to the accessible door via the little driveway off Jessamine St.

Change of date is due to Statewide Precinct Caucuses.  Community members are encouraged to attend their local caucus.   Find your caucus location at https://caucusfinder.sos.state.mn.us/
