The Lower Phalen Creek Project (LPCP), an east side non-profit, is gathering input to help guide the development of a proposed facility they are looking to build at the Bruce Vento Nature Sanctuary.  The facility will be called the Wakan Tipi Center in honor of the area as a Dakota sacred site and gathering space.
