Saint Paul is switching to wheeled, lidded recycling carts!

Carts will be delivered throughout the City from October through December 2016.  You can begin using them the first week of January.

Recycling carts will be collected at the same place as your trash.  For some. this means a switch to the alley.  More details will be in your mailbox this fall.

Use your old bin to collect recycling around your home, or find a new use for it.  If you don’t want to keep it, the City will designate drop-off locations for old bins.
