“Make a Splash” at WaterFest 2016. This free, family festival celebrating our clean lakes offers fu
n and an opportunity for outdoor hands-on learning about clean water, wildlife, and land and water conservation. Start the day with a Voyageur canoe, paddleboat, canoe, kayak or a solar pontoon boat ride, learn to fish or participate in a fishing contest.
For landlubbers, the fun continues with Farnsworth School Marching Band (11am-Noon), water games, a water arcade, geocaching, climbing walls, jump castle, native plant giveaway, passport odyssey, live animals and a special K-9 unit, landscaping, watershed and art exhibits, music, lakeside yoga, food for purchase and lots more! 
WaterFest is sponsored by the Ramsey-Washington Metro Watershed District, the cities of Saint Paul, Maplewood, Roseville, Little Canada, Shoreview, North St. Paul and White Bear Lake, Ramsey County, Met Council Environmental Services, Barr Engineering and other partners.
