The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency will be presenting the Air Quality Results for the Payne Phalen Neighborhood. The results are based on monitoring done between April 1, 2015 to June 30, 2015. Two representatives from the MPCA will be sharing a report that summarizes the Payne-Phalen community air quality monitoring.
