Medicare Focus Group

Vital Aging Network

How do you feel about your Medicare supplemental plan?
Let’s talk about it over a free lunch (and a gift card).

The Vital Aging Network is helping Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) identify qualified volunteers willing to participate in a 90-minute focus group discussion about Medicare supplemental plansYou qualify to participate if you are age 65 or over and are enrolled in both Medicare and a Medicare supplemental plan.

DHS wants to know what you think about your plan and whether or not you would be willing to pay an additional premium to add a benefit to it. Participants will receive a free catered box lunch and a gift card during the discussion. Be assured, DHS will not try to sell you anything, nor will a salesperson contact you.

Your discussion group will include about a dozen others also enrolled in supplemental plans. The discussion moderator will be an independent researcher from the University of Minnesota. Your thoughts and opinions are important for the research, and everything you say will remain confidential.

If you are interested, please contact the University of Minnesota research team by phone at 612-626-0006 or by email at miazg003@umn.edu.
